I am in my 20th year as a Realtor and I enjoy it more with each passing year. Helping others achieve their real estate goals is very gratifying, particularly in South Central Wisconsin, which has so much to offer.

In addition to helping clients with transactions involving homes or condos, I have significant experience with residential investment properties. Dane County has a particularly strong rental market. I especially enjoy helping people buy and sell Income property as it is an excellent way to build wealth.  

I was born and raised in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin. I have lived in Madison since '82, with the exception of living for three years in Japan. I graduated from UW-Madison and spent my first professional career in international marketing (primarily in Asia). I chose real estate as a second career because I prefer for my work to be tied to the community in which I live.

In addition to helping others with their real estate needs, I am an enthusiastic father, table tennis player, bicyclist, gardener and boater. Real Estate Photography became a passion of mine once I became a Realtor, as quality images are critically important to successfully marketing a property.
